Information we collect

We collect information from you when you visit our site, subscribe to our blog or complete a form. When completing a form you may be asked to enter your name, email address and other information.

The information we collect through our forms may be used in the following ways:

  • To personalise your experience

  • To improve our website

  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature

  • To send relevant emails

How we collect information

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to demonstrate our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Like most sites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user activity. We use this data to determine the number of our site visitors to better understand how they find and use our web pages. Although GA records data such as your geographic location, your device, your web browser, and your operating system, none of this information identify you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address, which could be used to identify you, but Google does not provide access to it. We believe that Google is a third data processor that is compliant with the requirements of European legislation.

The personal information we gather through forms is stored in Wix.com's secure CRM system. We don’t collect sensitive data such as payment details in our CRM. We use cookies to optimise your experience on your website. If you prefer to turn off cookies, you can do so with the instructions on this page. http://www.wikihow.com/Disable-Cookies.

As it is not technically possible for you to complete a form and your data not being processed by our CRM (once you hit submit your details are sent to the CRM and stored), we have to obtain your consent or simply cannot complete your request. If you have questions on this or would like to access a gated piece of content without completing a form contact info@droneagronomics.com with your request.

If you choose to contact us using an email link, none of the data you provide will be stored to our site or transferred or processed by any third party data processor. Instead, these data will be sent to us via an SMTP protocol (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). Our SMTP servers are protected by a TLS security protocol (also known as SSL), meaning that email content is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. The content of the email is decrypted by our local computers and devices.
